Where are you located?
We’re in Hickory, NC—right off I-40 between exits 125 & 126. View our map here.

What are your office hours?
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Closed on most major holidays)

Can we bring in outside catering?
No. All food and beverage must be provided by our exclusive caterer, Liazzo’s Catering.

Can we bring in our own A/V?
Yes! We welcome outside A/V providers at no additional charge. We also offer in-house A/V services and equipment.

Are you connected to a hotel?
Not directly, but we share a parking lot with two hotels and are within one block of six hotel properties total.

Is the Convention Center pet-friendly?
Pets are not permitted unless they are certified service animals or part of a pet-related event (e.g., dog shows).

Are firearms allowed on site?
Firearms are not allowed—loaded or unloaded—unless the event is specifically firearm-related (e.g., gun shows). Only unloaded firearms are allowed during such events.

Is smoking allowed?
Yes, but only in designated outdoor smoking areas.
